The Northwest Industrial Buildings were built between 1927 and 1931 as an industrial warehouse facility. In the 1950’s, a transformation began, converting the industrial spaces into a haven for artists and creative workers.

In 2000, the buildings were renovated to what is now the Northwest Work Lofts. Today, this family-owned building leads the way in providing unique offices, studios, and work spaces in a creative setting for companies and individuals.
