Built between the years of 1927 and 1931, the Northwest Industrial Buildings were constructed as an industrial warehouse facility. In 2000, the Northwest Industrial buildings took on new owners and began its renovation into what is now known as Northwest Work Lofts, applying the art of restoration while maintaining the historic character of a Seattle landmark.
