In 2000, the Northwest Industrial buildings took on new owners and began its renovation into what is now known as Northwest Work Lofts, applying the art of restoration while maintaining the historic character of a Seattle landmark. Today, Northwest Work Lofts provides unique office and work space in a professional setting for companies and individuals.
